View Heights Resort Kovalam, Kovalam

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly cooperative and made me feel welcome right from check-in. The room had a beautiful view and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, served right at my table, which added a nice touch. However, the intercomm telephone didn't work, causing a bit of inconvenience during my stay.

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat with spacious rooms and a lovely pool. The location is a bit tricky to find and can feel unsafe at times, but the Kerala food is worth trying. While the service could improve, the ambiance created by the coconut trees around the pool is quite delightful.
